After careful review and consideration, Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (“Keurig”) is discontinuing the first generation of our Keurig® KOLD™ system effective June 7, 2016. Based on our learnings,
the initial execution of our KOLD™ system did not meet consumer expectations. Understanding that the success of any of our products is fundamentally rooted in the trust and support of
our consumers and their willingness to embrace our innovations, we are offering consumers a refund for the full purchase price of their KOLD™ drinkmaker. Keurig® hot brewers are NOT part of this refund program.
You will be able to continue to purchase KOLD™ pods at a discounted price on Keurig.com while supplies last. Keurig® KOLD™ Drinkmaker product is pictured below in both black and white.
Keurig® KOLD™ customers should submit their refund request on this website by August 31, 2016.

Important! Before you proceed with submitting your refund request, please ensure you have the following:
- Your Keurig® KOLD™ Drinkmaker serial number. Please click here for instructions on locating a serial number on your machine.
- A photo of your drinkmaker's serial number. Please ensure the serial number is legible in the photograph. The photo must be taken from your actual drinkmaker, not from the box in which it came. If you do not have the ability to electronically upload an image, we will provide instructions for you to email or mail it to us.
- Proof of purchase of your Keurig® KOLD™ Drinkmaker (i.e. receipt, invoice or credit card statement). If you do not have the ability to electronically upload your proof of purchase, we will provide instructions for you to email or mail it to us.
- The amount you paid for your Keurig® KOLD™ Drinkmaker, including tax and shipping.
- A valid mailing address.
- A valid email address.
